Spall repair is scheduled to begin on the A1 stack Tuesday 3/29/23 and is estimated to take 8 weeks to complete. The plan is to complete 2 stacks per day, which could be longer for stacks with heavier repair loads. The lawn area directly below the stack will be sectioned off when performing work on that stack. This is for everyone’s safety
Equipment will be stored by the stone wall inside the courtyard as well as at end of stack A22. There will be some dust and debris to clean up on the lanais. The construction crews will not be allowed on the lanais except for those requiring ceiling repair, total of 5 units.
One bedroom, two bath condo at the Maui Sunset. This unit looks over the center lawn area. your feet will enjoy the carpet throughout the condo. There is tropical and ratan furniture and the kitchen is original.
